I didn’t set out to build a seven-figure brand.

I started with £1,000, an idea born out of personal struggle, and a quiet belief that there had to be a better way - for skincare, for business, and for building something meaningful without burning yourself out in the process.

After losing my job in 2020, with no prior experience in the beauty industry, no funding, and no real roadmap, I taught myself everything from product formulation and branding to manufacturing, marketing, logistics, and scaling an e-commerce business from the ground up.

MY BRAND

What began as a side project quickly grew into a founder-led skincare brand that has since become a seven-figure business, shipped over 30,000 orders worldwide, and built a community of more than 400,000 people across social platforms. But growth didn’t come without its challenges.

Behind the milestones were long days, financial pressure, burnout, self-doubt, and some of the most testing moments of my life. Including navigating legal battles that forced a full rebrand in 2026, and learning first-hand how emotionally demanding it can be to build something you care deeply about.

Perls in Business is for women at the very beginning of their journey, those with an idea, ambition, and a desire to build something of their own, but who feel held back by “I don’t know how.” It’s about setting the right foundations from day one, building confidence early, and starting as you mean to go on, with clarity, structure, and intention designed for growth.

Today, I mentor women who are building brands of their own, helping them gain clarity, structure, and confidence as they grow. My approach is practical, honest, and rooted in lived experience, not theory. I don’t believe in hustle for the sake of it, or growth that comes at the cost of your wellbeing.
